I wanted to let you all see where I spend ALL of my time each day. As you know, I am living with my parents (who are the greatest!), so I have to combine my bedroom and my studio. I have included a few pictures below.

I have not written in a few days because my computer has been out of commission. The power cord that I used for it went out, and my new one just arrived today. But, it is working fine now, so no more delays :).

Good Morning! It is 6:21 in the morning in Maryland and I have been up since 4 a.m. Yes, 4 a.m. My daily schedule for the week is to wake up at 4 a.m., have worship for 2 hours, and then start drawing :). Today will be my first official day on “the job” as an artist. MAN is it ever exciting. The biggest challenge will be discipline, but I know that God will help me to stay focused.
So, you are probably wondering how everything went with the preparation to come to Maryland and how the trip went. Well, everything went well. Prior to leaving, my WONDERFUL coworkers from my previous job took me out to lunch and gave me a gift card to Hobby Lobby. (For those that have never heard of it, it is an EXCELLENT arts and crafts store. They have everything. :)) I was so blessed by the gift. My coworkers were GREAT. A few other coworkers gave me great gifts too. They really cared about me, and I really cared about them. I will never forget the blessing they were to me (and still are).
